    Angus beef slow roasted in a red wine reduction mixed with peas, carrots, pearl onions and wide egg noodles.

    Roasted with white meat chicken with sauteed mushrooms, pementos, peas, onions and wild rice blended with a sour cream and brandy sauce. (a definite favorite)
     
  • CURRIED CHICKEN
    Roasted white meat with golden raisins and apples blended in a sour cream and curry sauce, chutney if you so desire.
